District Nurse at Aleris ASIH Värmdö
Aleris Sjukvård ABStockholms län, Värmdö
Previous experience is desired
We are now looking for an engaged district nurse who wants to be part of our wonderful team and continue to contribute to patient care at Aleris ASIH Värmdö. We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently, takes responsibility, and can collaborate within our multidisciplinary team.
With us, you will be part of an inclusive team where we work together to achieve our common goals. We have fun together and share a great sense of community.
About us At Aleris ASIH, we work in multidisciplinary teams with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, dietitians, social workers, nursing assistants, and physiotherapists to provide our patients with the best care. We operate from several geographical locations in Stockholm County. Aleris ASIH is part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes two specialized palliative care wards, Basic Home Care, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Urgent Care.
Our organization has extensive experience in providing ASIH, and today we have nine different ASIH teams in the southern parts of Stockholm County. We have high competence and a well-established working method, and we run a well-functioning palliative inpatient care ward with 24 beds located at Handens Hospital. Within ASIH, we care for severely ill patients who are treated in their own homes and require advanced care interventions that would otherwise be provided in inpatient care. Our goal is to create conditions for the best possible quality of life, regardless of where the patient is cared for. This includes providing the best possible symptom control and relief based on the patient's own wishes and through high availability around the clock.
Everyone in our multidisciplinary team works closely together to meet the patients' needs in the best possible way. We work person-centered and use the 6 S's as support in our approach. We also actively work on the implementation of digitalization in healthcare, such as video visits and message reception for the unit.
In ASIH Värmdö, there is a high level of openness, and we support each other in our daily work. We work together, even across the boundaries of our ASIH units if the need arises. Our office is located in Gustavsberg's center, with close proximity to public transport.
The role At ASIH Värmdö, we offer a stimulating job in an organization that is specialized and at the forefront of the field. As a nurse with us, you will be part of a workplace with excellent facilities and a very good working climate.
