Job Advertisement: Warehouse Administrator
Stenvalls Trä is now looking for a structured and meticulous colleague who wants to help develop warehouse operations. The work of digitizing and improving inventory management to optimize technical utilization continues.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK WITH
Your tasks will involve supporting and assisting the maintenance organization so that the facility can increase its technical utilization. This includes ordering items, ensuring that all items arrive at their intended location, and conducting inventories. You will assist the Production Manager with structure and follow-up within your area of responsibility and in accordance with the maintenance policy. Each month, you will report to the Production Manager in a warehouse report. Some of your work will be administrative, but heavy lifting may occur.
As this way of working is new, you will also be responsible for training your colleagues in the method. Over time, your responsibility will also include optimizing the chain of orders/purchases and goods reception/storage. The starting point in the work is clarity as well as order and tidiness to ensure that we can always fulfill our commitments and use our resources efficiently and purposefully. The work is registered in AM Maintenance. The position of warehouse administrator exists at all Stenvalls Trä sawmills, and you will support and assist each other. If necessary, you may need to support other parts of the production chain.

We are looking for someone who can provide us with the same strong commitment as genuine self-drive. You have a high school education and good knowledge of Swedish and English, as well as computer skills. As a person, you are quality-conscious, meticulous, and responsible. You are solution-focused and enjoy working in a proactive and smart way. The work involves many contacts, so it is important that you can collaborate with others and are good at communicating and explaining. The tasks require you to see what needs to be done and to be able to work independently. We place great importance on personal qualities.
It is an advantage if you have knowledge of the 5S method and experience from warehousing.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSITION
Permanent employment starting with a six-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement. Travel in the job may occur.
