Your main responsibilities:

• Warehouse management: Goods reception, order picking, packaging, and deliveries.
• Development of the warehouse: Building up warehouse structures and processes together with the team.
• Customer contact: Receiving and handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Deliveries: Driving out goods with a service vehicle when needed.
• Support: Supporting colleagues in customer service and administrative tasks.

• Technical interest and understanding.
• Driver's license B (mandatory).

Meriting experiences:

• Forklift license and experience in loading and unloading.
• Background in the industrial sector.

As a Warehouse and Customer Service Associate, you work together with a dedicated team where you have the opportunity to build up the warehouse structure from scratch and at the same time be part of a workplace characterized by community, development, and high ambition.

Practical information:

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00 (lunch break between 11:00–12:00).
• Location: Kiruna.
• Start date: According to agreement.
