We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant on an as-needed basis and be able to book shifts in advance occasionally for a man in his 60s living in Uppsala/Gränby. 

As a substitute, you need to be flexible and able to work during the absence of regular assistants due to, for example, vacation or illness, often at short notice.

You primarily need to be available to work between 8 AM - 3 PM and/or 3 PM - 10 PM on several days of the week.

It is also often possible to book shifts relatively far in advance.

Your tasks include, among other things: Transfers, assistance, personal hygiene, and accompanying on various activities.

About you: We prefer that you have professional experience in care and support and have experience working as a personal assistant.

You are patient and organized, responsible, and have no problem stepping up when needed while also being attentive and able to take a more reserved role.

You need to be mentally and physically strong as transfers are involved.

Meritorious: If you currently work as a personal assistant or have done so in the past.

Working hours: Usually 8 AM - 3 PM or 3 PM - 10 PM. Sometimes there are also night shifts available between 10 PM - 8 AM.

Scope: 2 substitutes as needed.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations such as e.g. on-call/shift supplements in accordance with collective agreements.

Other: To be employed with us, you need to have a bank ID.
