The client is in an expansive phase and has several assignments to be carried out in the coming years. As a result, the E-health Agency needs to bring in consultants for government assignments or in various teams. In the role of requirements and business analyst, you will work with business analysis, needs capture, and requirements documentation in close collaboration with business experts, architects, developers, testers, UX specialists, and other relevant roles at the agency. The consultant is expected to ensure that business needs are investigated, detailed, and documented in a clear requirements structure. These requirements are then transformed into solution proposals and development tasks together with the other roles in the team. The consultant will work in the intersection between business and IT.

The E-health Agency works in accordance with the SAFe framework, and the assignment will start in connection with the client's PI planning, which will be held on November 12-13, 2024.

Must-Have Requirements

• have worked for at least five (5) years responsible for and performing requirements work in projects or management, according to established methods. At least 24 months of work experience must have been acquired at some point during the last three-year period. By requirements work in projects or management, the E-health Agency means that the consultant has worked to identify stakeholders, collect, categorize, formulate, and document requirements in tools such as Jira or Confluence.

• have worked for at least five (5) years with models, methods, techniques, and tools (e.g., Confluence and Jira) for requirements analysis, and/or business, process, and system development as well as change management. At least 24 months of work experience must have been acquired at some point during the last three-year period.

• have worked for at least five (5) years leading investigations of business issues as a basis for requirements documentation. At least 24 months of work experience must have been acquired at some point during the last three-year period. Please describe how the consultant has practically worked to lead investigations of business issues as a basis for requirements documentation.

• have worked for at least two (2) years with requirements specification according to agile methods, such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFE, or similar. Work experience must have been acquired at some point during the last three-year period.

• have good IT competence and have worked for at least three (3) years with requirements work in IT-related operations, i.e., have worked as a link between business and IT. At least 24 months of work experience must have been acquired at some point during the last three-year period.

• have very good ability to communicate orally and in writing in Swedish.
