Your role as a pharmacist for Kronans Apotek in Ekensberg, Nyköping

We are currently looking for a pharmacist for our small but warm pharmacy, where team spirit is at the center and the workday is characterized by care, commitment, and closeness, both to colleagues and customers. The pharmacy is located directly adjacent to the health center, which provides a close and smooth collaboration with the healthcare staff. Here you mainly meet elderly and returning customers – creating a warm and personal atmosphere.

With us, you will work alongside an experienced pharmacist who is also the pharmacy manager, LMA, and inventory responsible, as well as a technician responsible for self-care. We are a small team that supports each other, has a close connection to laughter, and values openness and inclusion. Our work environment is warm, familial, and easy to get into – whether you are new to the profession or have long experience behind you.

The work is varied and includes everything from counseling and selling medications to inventory management, quality work, and campaign work. For those who want to develop, there is an opportunity to take responsibility for inventory and documented quality work – a good foundation for a future LMA role.

In addition to working at the pharmacy 50%, you will allocate the remaining 50% of your working hours within our customer service operations. There you will be part of a larger context, helping customers with prescription bookings, handling prescription-related questions, and participating in care sales via phone or digital channels. This also means contributing to common goals such as NKI, NPS, and AHT – perfect for you who enjoy combining the pharmacist role with service on multiple levels.

The pharmacy is open Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:00. The position is divided 50/50 between work at the pharmacy and work within our customer service operations, and we are attentive to listen and discuss what employment level you are interested in.

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, who thrives in smaller teams where you get a holistic view of the business, and who wants to help create a world-class customer experience – both on-site and digitally.
