What does the role of Sous-chef entail?

Here you will have a very important task at the hotel by ensuring a world-class guest experience when it comes to our food and beverage environments. Your main tasks are to plan, prepare, and cook food as well as present the food in an appealing way. You will also support and assist the team in other parts of the hotel as needed; you should be able to handle inventory, kitchen economics, be self-driven, make independent decisions, be goal-oriented, create your own menu, be stress-resistant, and work at a high pace.

Who are you?

To fit into the role, you need to have a burning passion for food and be attentive to details and guests' individual needs. You appreciate order and tidiness, both in your own and your colleagues' work, to provide our guests with a fantastic dining experience. For this position, we want you to have completed culinary training or have acquired equivalent skills in another way. Personal qualities and attitude are the most important factors for this recruitment. To fit into the role, you need to be a good team player who takes significant responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel's guests.
