In family-friendly Trillevallen, we are now looking for you to be responsible for our mountain restaurant Ripan. Our ambition is to create fantastic guest experiences, with local ingredients, various servings, and an inviting environment.  Are you our next restaurant manager? 

THE ROLE As the restaurant manager, you will help create fantastic guest experiences. This means making guests feel taken care of from the moment they arrive until they leave. By serving good food & drinks and providing genuine service. We serve well-prepared ski lunches focusing on traditional dishes, pizza, and coffee breaks. We are convinced that you are a leader who enjoys coaching, inspiring, and developing your colleagues. We work in a smaller team, which requires operational management combined with planning, coordination, purchasing, creating, and executing events. Since this is a winter seasonal business, the pace is often high, especially during weekends, school holidays, and peak season. The role requires flexibility, resilience to stress, and good organizational skills. WHAT YOU GET - Salary by agreement - We apply collective agreements via HRF - Liability insurance and occupational pension via Fora  - The position is 100% (seasonal) WHAT WE EXPECT We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in restaurant operations, where the pace is high. You are good at coaching your employees and a team player. You enjoy taking the lead and getting things done in an excellent manner.

You have documented experience in a similar role as a head waiter or restaurant manager. As a person, you are attentive, creative, and keen to be part of a sustainable and pleasant workplace. We place great importance on personality and the ability to see solutions. - Accommodation is available. - A car and driver's license are advantageous but not required. ABOUT US Trillevallen is a family and generational paradise, where many return year after year. The mountain restaurant is located in the middle of the slope with space for 125 people, featuring a cozy lounge area, a warming fireplace, and a sun terrace with views of the mountain ranges to the south. We serve the daily ski lunch, pizza, and coffee breaks and are open as long as the lifts are open from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM (Saturdays until 5:00 PM). On Fridays, we set up for pizza nights.
