In our restaurant at the Oskarshamn nuclear power plant, you will become part of a close-knit team of four people who together create joy and satisfaction through food.

The Role

As a head chef, you are the heart of the kitchen. You lead the team, plan, and ensure that everything runs smoothly – from raw ingredients to serving. We offer a varied menu with three daily themes: The Farmer, The Sea, and The Garden, as well as buffet and catering.

Your Focus Areas:

• Lead and develop the kitchen team
• Ensure quality, hygiene, and structure
• Plan menus and contribute creative ideas
• Handle orders and inventory
• Participate in cooking for the best service
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and upselling

Who are you?

You love food and people. You are a confident leader who creates energy and team spirit in the kitchen. You have structure, order, and an eye for detail – and you thrive on taking responsibility.

We would like you to have:

• Experience as a head chef or similar role
• Culinary education
• Knowledge of hygiene regulations
• Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
• Basic computer skills (Excel is a plus)

About the Position

Employment type: Permanent full-time position (100%) with an initial probationary period of 6 months.

Location: Figeholm Simpevarp outside Oskarshamn

Working hours: Daytime from 7 AM to 4 PM, but other hours may occur during revisions and additional orders

Start date: By agreement

For work in nuclear technology, there are requirements for drug testing and background checks as well as web-based training.
