Job Description: Food Truck Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food trucks are always ready for events and that everything runs smoothly.

You will work at the cash register or in the kitchen.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Booking Overview: You keep track of upcoming bookings so that everyone on the team knows what to expect. You do not need to handle bookings or invoicing yourself, but simply follow the information provided by the booker.

• Payment Procedures: You ensure that you know how each event will be paid – whether it is by invoice, card payment on site, or something else – and follow the instructions provided in the booking information.

• Packing Lists and Equipment: You are responsible for writing packing lists and ensuring that each truck is properly packed for each event, as well as cleaning and repacking as needed.

• Maintenance and Procedures: You ensure that the food trucks are in good condition, follow our food truck manual in case of any issues, and keep track of cleaning schedules and maintenance.

• On-site Event Responsibility: When you are at an event, you ensure that everything runs smoothly, that the staff takes breaks, and that everyone performs their tasks.

• Planning Between Events: You ensure that equipment is handled properly between events – unpack if there is a long time until the next event or have the truck ready if there is an event the following day.

The base is located at Sigurdsgatan 25 in Västerås, but work locations may vary depending on where the events and bookings are.

Overnight stays are rare but may occur; in such cases, the company covers food, accommodation, and travel.
