- We are currently looking for customer service representatives for simple technical customer support and administrative calls, where you will receive calls in both Swedish & Danish, hence the requirement to speak fluent Swedish AND Danish.

Your new job

With the phone as your primary tool, you will help residents in their daily lives when it is needed the most, both at the office and remotely from home in a calm environment.

As a customer service representative, you will handle incoming calls from users on an emergency line for technical support of insulin pumps. Your task will be to assist users with problems and questions regarding their insulin pumps, which may include troubleshooting, usage instructions, and general advice that DOES NOT require medical advice.

In addition, you may also receive administrative calls for 1177 Region Stockholm, where we assist callers with contact information or general questions and administrative inquiries or guidelines.

In each call, you are attentive and help the customer correctly, so that the caller can continue their daily life as usual.

With us, you will work in newly renovated, fresh premises in a constantly growing business. The position is a hourly employment that corresponds to full-time or part-time with varying working hours as needed. We are open at the office every day of the week, including weekends, between 07:00 and 22:00.

The job also includes on-call duty outside office hours, which means you may need to be available to provide technical support for insulin pumps even during evenings/nights and early mornings.If hired, you will receive all the training you need to perform your job in the best way.
