At PEC, you have a Monday to Friday job, between 8:30-16:30. A secure workplace that has been around since 2003 with a collective agreement through the union.At PEC, we sell services and products to both new customers, passive customers, and existing customers.PEC has always worked for the largest companies in their respective industries, so you will be familiar with several of the brands you will be selling. Some of the brands include;Postkodlotteriet, Bonnier, Egmont, Allente, and the operator 3.

In addition to the work itself, you will gain incredibly valuable skills to carry with you for life! Whether it's in social life, negotiating a loan at the bank, or moving on to new adventures such as studying to become a real estate agent or other types of sales work. This is because we continuously provide feedback, training in sales techniques, rhetoric, and structural development! At each office, there is a site manager and sales manager with many years of experience in sales, who support, educate, and ensure that you reach your and the company's goals! Additionally, during your time with us, you will experience competitions for everything from a lunch, dinner in town with colleagues, gift cards, a trip to warmer climates, or why not a new TV?

What you can expect from us at PEC is;
  • Fixed monthly salary;122.65 SEK/hour if you are under 24 years old, which corresponds to a monthly salary of 20,483 SEK at a work rate of 100%142.19 SEK/hour if you are over 24 years old, which corresponds to a monthly salary of 23,746 SEK at a work rate of 100%

*Recruitment process: When we have received your application, the recruitment manager will contact you within a few days for a phone interview. If you proceed in the recruitment process from the phone interview, you will be scheduled for a 2-day information and recruitment event at the office, where you will receive a more detailed presentation of the company and the opportunity to try the job. If everything feels good from both parties, you will be offered a position. And you can be scheduled for an information and recruitment event at Week 3 on the 14th and 15th of January. About Us

PEC is Sweden's largest care and contact center with a good reputation in the industry. We work with both inbound and outbound telephony for several of the largest companies in their respective industries. We are constantly working to improve and renew ourselves to offer the best services to our customers and clients. The company currently has about 250-300 employees and we are located in Malmö, Kristinehamn, Karlstad, and Västervik.
