Order Coordinator at Alfa Laval
Do you enjoy providing excellent service and perhaps have experience as an Order Coordinator? If so, keep reading! We are currently looking for a service-oriented Order Coordinator for Alfa Laval for a full-time consulting assignment. The assignment is desired to start as soon as possible and lasts for 6 months with a chance for extension or employment at Alfa Laval. The placement is at Alfa Laval's office in Tumba. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30 with opportunities for flexibility.
About the role
As an Order Coordinator, you will handle everything from booking to invoicing of spare parts orders, where Alfa Laval's goal is to deliver the right product with the right quality at the right time and cost. You will work with a large network both internally and externally, including suppliers, warehouse, freight forwarders, and the Logistic Control Tower (shipping and documentation). You will be in daily contact with Alfa Laval's customers/sales companies via email, phone, and Skype. Working with continuous improvements is part of the role.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a high school diploma, preferably in SAM, Natural Sciences, Economics, or equivalent. It is an advantage if you have post-secondary education. If you have previously worked as an Order Coordinator or have a background in service or logistics, that is a plus. You are proficient in the Office suite, and experience with Movex is a merit. Linguistically, you have excellent skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are required in daily work.

Furthermore, you are positive, quick to learn, and attentive to your surroundings. You also find it easy to collaborate and want to provide customers with the best possible service.
