About the role

In the role of case officer at Lendo, you will belong to a new team focused on Winback and report to the department's team leader.

Your primary responsibilities will include receiving and handling incoming calls from customers who wish to cancel their insurance. You will play a central role in understanding customers' needs, addressing their concerns, and creating solutions that encourage them to stay. To some extent, you will also work with outgoing calls. The phone is your main working tool where you create understanding for the customer and offer value that motivates them to stay.

About you

To fit into the role, we see that you are a goal-oriented and meticulous person who is passionate about sales and customer service. You enjoy working towards clear goals and are driven and proactive in achieving them. In this role, you will have a lot of customer contact, which means you must be relationship-building and persistent to deliver at the right level. Furthermore, you will belong to a newly established team, which requires you to be a communicative team player and flexible.

Previous experience in Winback and proactive customer service is a plus.

Your profile

• High school diploma
• Experience working via phone
• Experience in sales and/or customer service
• Good computer and system skills
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Scope, working hours, and start date

The employment is a full-time position, and you will be based at Lendo's beautiful headquarters in central Stockholm. Working hours are office hours Monday to Friday, and you can also work from home about 2–3 times a week once you are comfortable in the role. This is a direct recruitment where you will be employed by Lendo with their excellent benefits and secure conditions. For this role, Lendo applies a probationary period and background checks before contract signing.
