Service Advisor

You will be part of an inspiring and wonderful team. The tasks are varied, but a recurring part of your work will be to handle both new and existing customers.

As a service advisor, you will daily receive phone calls to take bookings, provide advice, purchase car parts, as well as prepare quotes and price repairs. Additionally, you will interact with customers in person to answer their questions and act as a link between the customer and the workshop. The job also includes using various digital systems, so it is important that you have previous experience working in such systems. This is a full-time position, and the working hours are within office hours.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in service and having daily customer contact.
• A basic understanding of cars and their various parts.
• Good computer skills and preferably experience with various systems.
• Class B driver's license.

Meritorious:

• Previous experience as a service advisor, parts person, or in a similar position.
• Experience working with various systems, including Kobra.
