PerformIQ is seeking an operator on behalf of our client for work on a 3-shift or 5-shift schedule. Our client is involved in the development and manufacturing of medical technology equipment.

You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining tools, starting injection molding machines, and handling auxiliary equipment. You will ensure that products are manufactured in the correct quantity and on time. Quality control and handling are important parts of the job. You are expected to actively contribute to the company's improvement process and motivate your colleagues to do the same. Accurate documentation of all parts of the manufacturing process is very important in this role. This documentation is done both in writing and via computer, and there are high demands for this to be handled properly.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude towards work who enjoys a varied role. To succeed in the role of operator, we believe you will recognize yourself in the following points:

High school diploma, preferably in technology/industry
Good knowledge of Swedish and English
Work experience in the manufacturing industry
Forklift license and previous experience with LEAN is a plus

We see that you are a careful person with a good ability to prioritize and take initiative. You are also a social person who is happy to help where it is needed most.
