PerformIQ is looking for an operator on behalf of our client for work on a 3-shift or 5-shift schedule. Our client is engaged in the development and manufacturing of medical technology equipment.

You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining tools, starting up injection molding machines, and handling auxiliary equipment. You are responsible for ensuring that products are manufactured in the right quantity and on time. Quality control and handling are important parts of the job. You are expected to actively contribute to the company's improvement process and motivate your colleagues to do the same. Careful documentation of all parts of the manufacturing process is very important in this role. This documentation is done both in writing and via computer, and there are high demands that this is managed properly.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude towards work and thrives in a varied role. To succeed in the role of operator, we believe you recognize yourself in the following points:

High school diploma, preferably in technology/industry
Good knowledge of Swedish and English
Work experience in the manufacturing industry
Truck license and previous experience with LEAN is an advantage

We see that you are a careful person with a good ability to prioritize and take initiative. You are also a social person who is happy to help where it is needed most.
