About the Position

As a machine operator, you will monitor and adjust machines, prepare materials and tools for production, change machine setups during product changes, perform quality controls, and carry out preventive maintenance to optimize operations. The workdays are varied and the working hours are scheduled in 6-shifts.

The position is full-time and you will be employed as a consultant at Lernia Bemanning.

Formal Competence

We are looking for someone with relevant education or experience in the machine operator field and a strong interest in technology. You should be able to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and hold a forklift license for categories A+B (TLP 10). The work involves shift work and requires flexibility as well as the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Meritorious

It is advantageous if you have experience handling various types of measuring instruments and have previously worked with machines or robots. Holding a crane license is also a plus. Knowledge of reading technical drawings, as well as having a driver's license and access to your own car, can further strengthen your application.

As a person, you are self-driven and take initiative in your work, while also being confident in your professional role and possessing good competence in the field. This confidence allows you to handle tasks and challenges calmly and securely, contributing to a stable work environment.
