Capio Healthcare Center Nynäshamn is located in central Nynäshamn, just a 10-minute walk from the commuter train station. We are a medium-sized healthcare center with over 11,800 registered patients. Thanks to our location about 60 kilometers from larger emergency hospitals, we have a broader range of services that patients seek, making the work more stimulating and developing in your role.

In addition to regular medical and nursing consultations, our healthcare center primarily offers diabetes, asthma/COPD, hypertension, and geriatric care. We also have psychosocial services, home healthcare, and medical foot care.

We also have rehabilitation, child healthcare, maternal healthcare, and youth clinics that we closely collaborate with. In the same building, there is Capio Geriatrics with direct admission, Evidia Radiology, and Karolinska Primary Care Laboratory.

We are looking for a specialist in general medicine who wants to make a difference by working with us in Nynäshamn. The daily challenges of being a doctor are part of the profession. We work in teams and organize our operations so that your skills can be utilized effectively and there is close dialogue between our different professional categories.

One of the special aspects of our work is teamwork with other professional categories, primarily nurses, but also with our primary care rehabilitation and psychosocial team. The nurses are responsible for many of the annual check-ups for our chronic patients (diabetes, hypertension, COPD).
