Rotsunda Healthcare Center is looking for an engaged and competent licensed physician who wants to contribute to safe and quality care for our patients. We offer an opportunity to work in a newly established healthcare center with a strong focus on patient-centered work and collaboration between different professions. Here you will have the chance to develop within primary care, and for those who wish, there is also the opportunity for Specialist Training (ST).

About us:

We are a newly established healthcare center within Bergslagens Arbetsmiljö (www.bergslagensarbetsmiljo.se), with a planned start date of February 3, 2025. Our facility is located in Sollentuna municipality, close to good transportation links and a friendly work environment. At Rotsunda Healthcare Center, we offer a wide and varied range of care, including both acute medical care, preventive health care, vaccinations, and treatment of chronic illnesses. We strive to create a workplace where both patients and staff feel seen and valued.

Job Responsibilities:

• Clinical work involving assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients in primary care.
• Participate in investigations and manage both acute and planned visits.
• Work closely with patients to provide person-centered care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, physiotherapists, and psychologists, to ensure high-quality and cohesive care.
• Opportunity to start or continue Specialist Training (ST) in primary care, with guidance from experienced physicians.
• Documentation and administrative work in the medical record system according to current guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Licensed physician.
• Interest and willingness to work in primary care.
• Ability to work independently but also be an active part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Good communication skills and a professional approach to both patients and colleagues.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Experience in primary care or emergency care is advantageous, but we also welcome younger physicians and those interested in starting their ST.
