We are now looking for a Talent Manager to join our team in central Stockholm. Are you ready to take the influencer industry to the next level?

What you will do as a Talent Manager:

Develop and coach influencers – You identify strengths and development opportunities for our creators and help them achieve their dreams.

Scout new stars – You find new, exciting profiles that could become the next big name in our network.

Build brands – You help influencers strengthen their personal brands and work with strategic partnerships and campaigns.

Collaborate closely with the team – You work together with sales, production, and project management to create successful collaborations between influencers and brands.

Project management – You are involved in building relationships and strengthening our creators' brands.

We are looking for someone who:

- Lives and breathes social media and digital trends.

- Is a self-driven problem solver who takes initiative.

- Has a passion for brand building and popular culture.

- Can juggle multiple projects at once – multitasking is your superpower.

- Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English.

- Knowledge of YouTube, gaming, and live-streaming is a big plus.

Requirements for previous experience:

Relevant education in digital marketing, communication, media, or a similar field.

At least 2-3 years of experience working with social media, digital marketing, or influencer-related projects.

Experience in brand building, including strategic planning and sales.

Knowledge of YouTube Analytics and other social media analytics tools.

Experience in project management and handling multiple parallel projects.

Experience speaking in public and representing companies in external contexts.
