DRM-LND opened its first store in Stockholm in the fall of 2023 with a bang, and has since become a TikTok phenomenon. This is thanks to a focus on the customer's own creativity and individuality, where you create your own personal accessories. A DIY dream.

Now we are taking the success further and opening in Malmö Emporia.

We are looking for someone who is social, outgoing, proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys being creative and creating. A person who can work both individually and in a team while juggling many tasks.

Responsibilities as Store Manager:

You will assist with the daily operations of the store. Guide the employees together with the Store Manager. Work towards set goals with the Store Manager to achieve the store's sales budget, scheduling, purchasing, etc.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the journey of a rapidly growing company, where each day is different from the other. A person who is driven, positive, detail-oriented, and values high-class service. You have previous experience leading a team. This will involve significant responsibility, and therefore we place great importance on you taking your own initiative. Previous experience in retail operations is a plus.
