What does working with us entail?

At gategourmet, we transform raw materials into delicious meals enjoyed by travelers from all over the world. This means that we cook, prepare, pack, transport, and supply airplanes with meals, drinks, and various duty-free products. Therefore, we are looking for individuals interested in one or more of these positions: Catering Worker, Chef, Loader (B driver's license), or Warehouse Assistant (truck license class B1-4). You will work closely with your colleagues and leaders. Besides coffee, good laughs are promised at the coffee machine. Otherwise, we highly value your consistency, joy at work, and sense of quality. The operation runs 24/7, and we are interested in having your help and building your catering skills over time. We can offer part-time work or on-demand work during terms and full-time work during study breaks/holidays.

Two of the most important aspects of the work are efficiency and quality, so you appreciate proven routines and processes to achieve the best results. The work is hands-on, so you thrive in an environment where you work a lot with your body while keeping your mind sharp. If you happen to have previous experience in catering or similar industries, you get a bonus point.

Prerequisites for us to be a match

Depending on the position you are applying for, there are different requirements. If you recognize yourself in the following, we will find something that suits you!

• Studying at high school, university, college, or folk high school
• Can adjust from being a morning person to an evening person (varying shifts)
• Master spoken and written Swedish and English
• Can demonstrate an understanding of food, hygiene safety, and security awareness
• Undergo a security check with an approved result (promises, (usually) easier than an exam)

Due to our location at Arlanda Airport, which is in security class three and is a protected object, we always conduct a security check on all our future employees. To pass the security check, we need documentation of what you have been doing for the past five years, that you have no criminal record, and a valid ID card. But more on that later.
