Job Responsibilities

Do you have experience in transport planning and are looking for a new challenge? Then this could be the role for you!

We are looking for a transport manager who will work independently to plan, book, and streamline road transport.

In the role of transport manager, your duties will include, among other things:

• Transport planning.
• Monitoring of transports and handling and resolution of any deviations.
• Improvement work to optimize fill rates, transport routes, and create synergy effects in transports.
• Booking and follow-up of goods to ensure delivery precision.
• Financial follow-up and responsibility for results within your own traffic.
• Daily contact and collaboration with customers, hauliers, suppliers, and drivers.
• Purchase and administration of external capacity when needed.
• Handling of administration and preparation of documentation for invoicing.

Position: The position involves shift work. Shifts start between 05-09.

Location: Gothenburg

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has worked for a few years in transport planning within trailer traffic and has good knowledge of driving and rest times. You are communicative, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about delivering high quality to the customer. The role requires the ability to build and maintain good relationships, work independently with freedom under responsibility, and collaborate without prestige in a team.

To be eligible for the position, you need:

• Experience in traffic management.
• Very good geographical knowledge.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
