Our newly opened café Novell, at the City Library in Malmö, has been a success!

We are now looking for a barista/café assistant with previous experience to offer a cozy café visit or a lovely lunch break in connection with a visit to the library. The position involves irregular working hours; day, evening, and weekends for about 20-25h/week.

We want you to greet our guests with a smile and make them feel welcome. As an employee with us, you will be the face of the café, so it is important that you are passionate about service and are social, energetic, and friendly.

You will work with various café tasks, make coffee, work as a cashier, serve customers, wash dishes, clean, receive deliveries, and assemble our dishes.

The person we are looking for is self-driven, stress-resistant, detail-oriented, a good team player, and reliable.

A barista training is a merit but not a requirement. We train all our baristas in-house.
