ESAB Perstorp has expanded its production in the past year by manufacturing welding electrodes that are delivered worldwide. We are currently around 200 employees and are facing exciting challenges ahead.

We are looking for dedicated employees who want to work in a versatile role. The role includes ensuring that the machines reach their full capacity with minimal production interruptions, which involves monitoring and adjusting the production machines. Safety and quality are very important areas in our production. Troubleshooting is another important aspect, which involves identifying and solving problems with the machines.

We are looking for someone with experience in manufacturing industry. You need to be proactive and enjoy collaborating with others but also have the ability to work independently.

To work with us, you need to:

• Be technically interested
• Have very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Completed high school education preferably in industry, automotive, or other practical field
• Experience in similar tasks
• Be able to work shifts, we have several different shift forms

It is advantageous if you have:

• Forklift license A1-4, B1-4
• Education in production/industry
