What does the role entail?

As a receptionist, you represent First Camp and are our front figure. You will handle everything from reception and store work to check-ins and check-outs, providing information and service to guests, managing bookings, and selling goods in the store. While your main tasks revolve around reception and the store, you should be ready to support other areas as needed. First Camp always prioritizes guest needs, and together we tackle any challenges that arise.

Who are we looking for?

You have a good sense of humor, prioritize teamwork, and are organized and structured with an understanding of our guests' unique needs. Fluency in both Swedish and English is required to facilitate smooth communication with our international guests.

Conditions:

We are recruiting employees for our summer season. The extent of the positions varies, but you will be guaranteed between 20-40 hours per week. Working hours vary, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. The salary follows the Hotel and Restaurant Workers' Union collective agreement.
