About us: At Heat, the love for good food and service is our greatest passion! We offer our guests well-cooked food and a personal approach. Our focus is on lunches prepared from scratch in our own kitchens, but we also work with catering of all kinds for companies and private individuals in our local areas. We always strive to ensure that guests have a great experience at Heat, and therefore our friendly and knowledgeable staff are an important part of the concept. Our menus are centrally planned and based on recipes to maintain Heat's quality and heart. We are currently located in Malmö, Stockholm, Uppsala, Västerås, Örebro, Gävle, Sandviken, Sundsvall, and Östersund. Heat will soon be opening another restaurant unit in Umeå!About the position: As a site manager, your responsibilities include managing and working in the daily operations with breakfast, lunch, and catering. Some simpler administrative tasks are included, such as ordering food deliveries, handling catering orders, etc. You are responsible for ensuring that Heat's concept is followed and for providing your guests with a world-class service. You work daytime Monday to Friday (6.30 - 15.30). We will provide more information about the position during an interview. The position is classified as security-sensitive, and therefore you will undergo a security check.

About you: You have at least 3 years of experience in similar work in the restaurant industry. You have a drive of your own and the ability to plan and prioritize your workday in consultation with our restaurant manager in Umeå. As a person, you are social, positive, solution-oriented, responsible, and have good teamwork skills. Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
