The hospitals in the west are a management unit within the Västra Götaland Region and consist of four hospitals – Alingsås Hospital, Angered Local Hospital, Högsbo Local Hospital, and Kungälv Hospital. Approximately 3000 employees work with us every day to provide good and safe specialist healthcare of the highest quality.

About Us

Welcome to our emergency department, where we are a lovely team of nursing assistants, nurses, and emergency doctors who together receive about 30,000 patients per year. Here you will encounter everything from minor scrapes to major challenges in medicine, surgery, and orthopedics. We also have a "Pharmacist in Healthcare" who helps and supports regarding medication, we also have administrators who assist with patient admissions and caretakers who help with patient transports.

We are now looking for summer substitute nurses who want to be part of our exciting workplace this summer, so we are looking for you who are interested in emergency care. If you find it interesting, you are warmly welcome to apply to us.

Usual tasks in the emergency department.

Qualifications

Licensed nurse. Experience in emergency care is advantageous.

Working Hours

The substitute position involves working hours scheduled for day, evening, and weekends. Night shifts with weekend duty are also available.
