Group Manager for the Transport Department at AO RecyclingThe business area offers a wide range of waste management services such as collection of municipal waste and recyclable materials. As well as handling of masses, landfilling. The business area offers both standard solutions and customer-specific solutions.

The Transport Department provides transportation for both internal and external customers and is also responsible for the company's fleet of vehicles, business-related and pool cars.

Your background and personal qualitiesThe key to success in this role is industry experience and experience in leadership. You also need to have a high school education in a relevant field or equivalent work experience that the employer deems equivalent.

We consider data proficiency and mastery of MS Office as essential, but if you also have experience with the Edp Future and Edp Mobile business systems, it is a plus. A B driver's license is a requirement for you to be able to get around when needed, but having a C/CE license and YKB is advantageous.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to drive their work forward in an independent and efficient manner while being good at communicating and informing others.

By allocating work, delegating tasks, and setting concrete goals, you ensure engagement and that others' skills are utilized. You can bring enthusiasm and energy through convincing arguments that encourage good performance, team spirit, and increased motivation. You are goal- and result-oriented and have a high sense of responsibility with a focus on details while also having a helicopter view of situations. In addition to your previous knowledge and experience, we will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

What do we offer? As a group manager, you are responsible for leading and distributing work for all drivers within the transport department. You will also work on developing employees' work environment and providing budget data. You need to ensure that the transport operations are carried out in accordance with current traffic permits and other relevant regulatory permits and requirements. Also, ensure that tachograph data is collected and archived according to current procedures. Work on business development and establish plans for the future development of the Transport department.

In addition to these tasks, you may need to temporarily take over and fulfill responsibilities and tasks in adjacent work or responsibility areas as needed, and always ensure that operations are conducted in a cost-effective manner.
