Nurse for Adult Psychiatry Clinic in Hylte

We are looking for a nurse to work at a well-functioning general psychiatric outpatient clinic where you will be part of a lovely and dedicated team.

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse with us, you, together with other team members, ensure that patients receive optimal care. Responsibilities include psychiatric care, counseling, telephone advice, medication follow-up/handling, follow-ups and assessments, as well as collaboration with the community and healthcare neighbors.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm.

For those who wish, there is the possibility of daily carpooling from Halmstad and via locations along road 26 (Nissastigen) and Smålandsstenar.

About the Workplace

Psychiatry Halland is Region Halland's administration for all public specialist psychiatry. This includes psychiatry for children, adolescents, and adults, both outpatient and inpatient care. Psychiatry Halland has about 650 employees and facilities in all the region's municipalities. Psychiatry is led by an administrative manager, operations managers, and department managers.

Outpatient care offers psychiatry close to residents and has clinics in each municipality. Our operational focus Right care at the right time! means a constant work towards increased quality, shorter lead times, and better patient involvement. Improvement work is ongoing and involves all staff.

The Adult Psychiatry Clinic in Hylte is tasked with investigating and treating specialist psychiatric patients. The clinic employs full-time nurses, a counselor, and a medical secretary, as well as part-time doctors via video link. The clinic is characterized by great progressiveness and uses digital solutions to create good accessibility, despite geographical distances, to clinics with a wider range of services.

Qualifications

You who apply are a licensed nurse. Specialist training in psychiatry is a merit, as well as experience working as a nurse in psychiatric care.

A driver's license is required for the position.

We are looking for someone interested in psychiatry and who is confident in the role of a nurse. The team's composition requires a stable and flexible employee. As a person, you are motivated to constantly improve operations with the patient's best interest as the main focus.
