With us, you will work on various assignments in language teaching and become part of our fantastic team of language coaches! You work independently but always have our team to support you.

Right now, we are looking for a language coach for teaching Swedish on-site in Härnösand. The requirement is that you speak both Swedish and Ukrainian.

About the assignments at Upgrades

As a language coach at Upgrades, you independently plan the teaching based on the customer's needs and level. The work is project-based and varies depending on the level, number of participants, and preferences for day, location, and time. Our assignments last between 10-20 weeks, with 1-2 lesson sessions per week, 90 minutes per session. We provide books and inspiration for lesson planning.

Your profile

You have confidence in your own abilities and enjoy a varied job where you independently plan the teaching according to the participants' needs. You have a good ability to motivate and inspire others. As a person, you are:

Creative, attentive, and motivating

Requirements

Fluent in Swedish and Ukrainian.
Experience in teaching, preferably in adult education.
Experience in tailored lesson planning.
Can teach on-site in Härnösand. Online teaching is not an option.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with the CEFR scale
Experience or education in pedagogy and/or language
