Process Operator at Isover in the Construction Industry

We are currently looking for a process operator to work at Isover, a company within the construction industry. The position is full-time and you will start as an employee at Processbemanning with the opportunity to become employed at Isover.

Job Description

As a process operator at Isover, you play a key role in achieving the company's goals. Your responsibilities include equipment operation, process adjustments, troubleshooting, quality control, and maintaining order and cleanliness.

You will also be involved in improvement projects within the WCM structure, aiming to become a world-class factory.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is positive, self-driven, responsible, and technically inclined. Flexibility and experience in the process industry and mechanical field are important.

Requirements for the Position:

• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Driver's license and access to a car
• Forklift license A+B
• Ability to work 5 shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the process industry
• Technical and mechanical experience
• Proficiency in the Office suite
• Experience with continuous improvements like WCM, Lean, 5s, or similar
