About the Position

BAT is a rapidly growing company with products like VELO, VUSE, and GLO, on a mission to reduce the health impact of the industry. To achieve BAT's ambition, we are looking for colleagues who are ready to take on this challenge. We are seeking dedicated part-time employees for roles as operators and forklift drivers for our industrial client. As an operator, you will monitor production processes, produce goods according to scheduled routines, and adjust machines as needed. In addition to this, tasks such as packing and packaging are included.

The position has a flexible start and can begin immediately. Depending on the department you join, working hours may be in 3-shifts or 4-shifts, which means 12-hour shifts. We expect you to be able to work at least 2 days a week and allocate about 2 weeks for full-time training in the beginning. After the introduction, you will have the opportunity to indicate your availability and plan your work shifts.

For this position, you are required to have another occupation of at least 50%, such as studies, retirement, or another part-time job.

About You

We are looking for someone ready for an inspiring and stimulating side job where responsibility is key. If you already have experience in similar tasks, possess a driver's license, and have access to your own car, this is definitely an advantage. To fit into the role, you should currently be engaged in studies or have another main occupation of at least 50%. Flexibility is crucial, as the client's needs may change at short notice!

We value your ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Since collaboration is the core of our work, it is important that you enjoy working in a team where everyone works together to achieve common goals.

Qualifications:

• Studying or having another main occupation of at least 50% (this should be certified).
• Flexibility regarding working hours.
• Available for 2 weeks of training and working approximately 3 days a week.

Preferred:

• Experience in the industry.
• Forklift license.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
