About our customers

Our customers place great trust in us, and your work as a security guard is important. Every shift, you contribute to creating security and safety for the customer and society at large, as your work provides preventive protection against crime, improved fire protection, and much more. You will meet all residents of society, and it is important that you are clear, calm, and able to make thoughtful decisions.

About the position

As a patrolling security guard, you work with preventive security. You are mobile by car and visit customers in your district/area to, among other things, check that alarms are activated, windows and doors are closed and locked, electrical equipment is turned off, and no unauthorized persons are present on the premises/area. Supervision is carried out both indoors and outdoors, mostly at night, alone, and you work in shifts. The work is independent and mobile.

For stationary guarding, you work at the customer's premises. This can involve everything from reception work to patrolling and manning security control rooms.

The position is an on-demand employment mainly involving night work (weekdays and weekends). Daytime work may occur.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who wants to work with security-related tasks and has a natural aptitude for combining service with a strong focus on safety. Furthermore, you are communicative, empathetic, clear, and have the ability to be flexible and adapt your way of handling situations that arise in the best possible way. We are looking for individuals with inner security and a natural drive to help.

To be qualified for the position, you need to have a valid basic security guard training (both VU1 and VU2), a B driver's license, and good Swedish language skills in speech and writing.

You also need to have a clean record*, be drug-free, have a stable economy, good health and physical condition, and high school education or equivalent education equivalent to it.

Security guard training is advantageous. Other advantageous qualifications include experience in the security industry, some technical knowledge, additional language skills beyond Swedish and English, and previous experience working in public environments.

* All personnel at an authorized security company must be approved in terms of lawfulness, civic reliability, and suitability. For the approval authority's assessment of a person's lawfulness and civic reliability, information in the criminal record or suspicion register or information processed by the Security Police under the Police Data Act shall be obtained.
