ABOUT THE ROLE

As a technical support specialist, you will play a central role in supporting technicians in the field. You will answer incoming calls and emails, solve technical challenges, and ensure the quality of support systems. RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive and handle incoming calls and emails from technicians
Provide technical support to contractors working on fiber networks across Sweden
Ensure high quality in support systems and update records
Document cases and contribute to improvements in work processes

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

Has a technical understanding and enjoys a role that combines customer contact and problem-solving
Has good computer and system skills
Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English

It is advantageous if you have experience in technical support or a technical role and a background in the telecom industry. To succeed in the role, personal qualities such as being orderly, responsible, and socially confident are required.
