We are looking for a business developer with a good understanding of business systems, preferably with experience in IFS, for a leading product company in the defense industry. The company is tasked with protecting people and communities, thereby contributing to societal safety.

In this role, you will be a key person in driving the digitization and efficiency of procurement processes related to business system support. Perhaps you are currently working as a purchaser but would like to develop more towards systems? You will integrate the company's IT systems and ensure they work smoothly together with the company's business processes.

You will analyze and follow up on the results of the processes, identify areas for improvement, and coach employees to ensure the successful implementation of new working methods. Additionally, you will ensure that the company's procurement strategies, policies, and procedures are consistently followed.

We are looking for someone who fits the following:

• Previous experience working as a system administrator, business system consultant, or as a superuser in IFS
• Good understanding of business systems, preferably IFS
• Fluent in writing and speaking in Swedish and English

You should also be flexible and willing to travel as needed.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the current regulations for security protection; the position requires Swedish citizenship.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Extent: Full-time, permanent

Start: Immediately, considering your possible notice period

Location: Karlstad/Karlskoga/Linköping
