Who are you?

Nexer in Karlstad is now looking to strengthen the team with several software testers.

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of professional experience as a software tester and who has experience with manual, exploratory, and automated testing.

To fit this role, you should have an understanding of/knowledge in one or more technologies and testing tools such as Json, Spring Boot, Playwright, or Docker, to name a few. You handle scripting languages like Java, Kotlin, and/or React. We would appreciate if you have experience with tools such as Jira, Splunk, and Gitlab and have worked with message-driven architecture through Kafka and Avro. It is a big plus if you have previous experience in the banking and finance industry.

A major focus in this role will be on manual testing and ensuring that requirements and agreements between suppliers and customers are met.

As a person, you are driven and proactive and care about the quality of the work performed. We would like you to have a technical education such as a master's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent. Proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, is a requirement.

The assignments are with our clients operating in both the public and private sectors. As a consultant, you will work either on-site with the client, in our own premises, or from home, often in a hybrid combination.
