Job Responsibilities

As a unit manager, you are responsible for the units' personnel, budget, and work environment. You will lead teams working with temporary staffing and licensed nurses for short-term nurse staffing. You drive the daily work of the units forward, create good collaborations, and participate in the department's management team to contribute to common goals.

Qualifications

We are looking for a present leader with the ability to collaborate and build long-term relationships. Your leadership is characterized by coaching, and you enjoy development and improvement work. You have a relevant university education, leadership experience, and good knowledge of public procurement. Experience with the national agreement Hire Personnel in healthcare is a merit.
