Job Description

We are looking for someone with solid experience in leasing and a background in leading such work as a manager. As the leasing manager, you will work in accordance with the company's values, support and coach employees in the leasing processes, and work to develop the business together with colleagues and staff. You are communicative, structured, and unpretentious. Furthermore, you are outgoing and have an interest in leasing; you understand the value of setting goals and measurement methods for leasing processes and can analyze the results of such measurements. The assignment is a consultancy position for six months with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

Your main tasks may include:

• Being responsible for the leasing processes at AB Gavlegårdarna
• Development of processes in collaboration with immediate staff and the line manager
• The operational responsibility for operations, finance, and personnel within your department
• The overall responsibility for the department's operational planning with the ambition to contribute to achieving the company's goals as described in the business plan's seven roadmaps
• Leasing and coaching and leading staff within leasing
• Management and development of leasing processes at AB Gavlegårdarna
• Measurement and monitoring of leasing processes at AB Gavlegårdarna

Qualifications

To be considered for the position, you have:

• Experience in leasing
• Good administrative skills
• Good knowledge of IT systems via computer, phone, and tablet.
• Driving license B
• Higher education or equivalent is an advantage
