We are now looking for a driven and service-oriented receptionist who wants to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. Here, guests encounter luxury, relaxation, and care – and you will be an important part of this!

About the position

As a receptionist at Himmelsby SPA, you are the company's face to the outside world. You welcome guests with a smile, handle bookings, and ensure that their stay is smooth and memorable. With a wide range of spa treatments, activities, and conference facilities, it is your task to guide guests and ensure that their needs are met in the best possible way.

Your main responsibilities:

Welcome guests and provide them with first-class service from check-in to check-out.

Administer bookings and reservations for both spa, treatments, and conferences.

Sell spa packages, gift cards, and other additional services.

Provide information and recommendations about our range of treatments, activities, and offers.

Handle payments and ensure that guests' stay is as smooth as possible.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that guests have a high-quality overall experience.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in reception, booking, or customer service – preferably within the hotel or spa industry.

Is service-oriented, outgoing, and enjoys meeting people.

Is accustomed to working with computers and booking systems. Experience with Visbook or BookVisit is advantageous.

Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Has the ability to work systematically and thrives in a high-paced environment.
