As Site Manager/Café Manager, you will be responsible for the operation of the café and conference facilities. You will ensure sales targets are met, optimize work processes, achieve results, and build a sustainable business.

You will have some responsibility for young individuals in need of extra support and guidance. Together with your team, you will develop the business and deliver a fantastic and joyful experience for both employees and guests with great dedication.

You will be responsible for ongoing maintenance work in the café and conference facilities.

As Site Manager/Restaurant Manager, your tasks will include:

• Working in the daily operations of the café and conference facilities. You will create new concepts for food and beverages and drive them forward.
• Participating in marketing, creating events, and entertainment on-site.
• Leading the staff and ensuring that each individual has the opportunity to perform at their best.
• Handling administrative tasks related to the business, finances, and development.
• Ordering and distributing goods and equipment for the café and conference facilities.
• Being ultimately responsible for ensuring that the unit's jointly set goals are achieved.

We are looking for someone who:

Has at least 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry and has worked as a leader with staff responsibility for at least 3 years. It is also advantageous if you have managed a restaurant with multiple aspects beyond just serving, such as activities or other forms of entertainment. You are comfortable in a fast-paced work environment and have a good track record of delivering quality service to guests, as well as leading and coaching employees to develop and achieve set goals together.

As a person, you are results-oriented, creative, strategic, and take independent responsibility for your tasks, both in success and adversity. You take responsibility for the common result and do what needs to be done for the business to achieve its goals. As you will work in a broad role, you have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize among them strategically, and easily adapt to changing conditions and circumstances.

As a leader, you act with credibility, self-confidence, and respect while also having very good collaboration skills. You listen attentively and empathetically to other people. This position is suitable for someone with a keen interest in creating an exciting café/food concept, developing a concept from scratch, leadership issues, being driven by achieving results, and taking great responsibility. You will have significant opportunities to influence the design and development of the business, while also having close collaboration with the operations manager, board, and partners.
