Spill market hall & eatery opened in the summer of 2023

Spill is an all-day concept in the fast casual style that is open from early morning until late at night. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and in the store, we offer delicacies, ready-made food, and all kinds of edible items. Live performances and events are also part of the experience.

The menu and selection vary throughout the day and are adapted according to the season. In the same location, we offer pastries and bread from our bakery, pizza from the stone oven, pasta, meat, fish, sandwiches, salads, and other edible options. We also provide the opportunity to purchase both ingredients and equipment from our store.

We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented and can take initiative. You will work closely with our restaurant manager and assist with responsibilities in the dining room and bar. The main tasks include working in the bar and on the floor, welcoming guests at the entrance, working in the bar, and providing general service to our guests. As we mainly operate in a fast casual manner, there is some limited table service, but we also have such dinners. Together with the restaurant manager, you will work to maintain a high level of service and ensure that tasks are followed, routines are updated, and the right staffing is planned. If interested, shifts can also be scheduled for dinners with serving for private parties at our other locations.
