MP Åkeritjänster - the industry's leading staffing company - is looking for a committed and driven site manager to lead our operations in Borlänge, which is one of the 4 site offices in the group, we currently have 140 employees in the group. Our head office is located in Borlänge and we are an authorized staffing group specialized in transport and logistics, with a strong ambition to expand to more locations in Sweden.

About the position

As the site manager located at the head office, you will be responsible for approximately 40 employees as well as the unit's budget, including result and reporting responsibility. You manage the daily operations in Borlänge with the support of the assistant site manager and the rest of the MP team. As a member of the company's management team, you play a central role in the development and results of the business. You work towards the site office's weekly budget and receive continuous feedback and insight into the entire group. We place great emphasis on leadership development and therefore offer a personal development program.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who currently/formerly works as a truck driver or in transport and logistics and is ready to take the next step in their career. You have leadership qualities, are responsible, and thrive in a dynamic environment. You are solution-oriented and have the ability to see the big picture. Your focus is on your employees and your customers, and you have high social skills. It is a merit if you have an established network in the industry in Dalarna and previous leadership experience.

Requirements:

The position requires a driving license BECE, YKB, driver's license, and forklift license. Merit with ADR.

You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
