About the assignment

We are now looking for two administrators for a client operating within the public sector. The position is a consulting assignment via Bemannia with placement at a client in Stockholm. The workload for the assignment varies between 50-100% and lasts for approximately 6 months.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will primarily work with HR and education administration. Tasks include, but are not limited to, compiling participant lists, booking venues, and other related tasks within the unit. The tasks may also include the following:

• Manage administrative routines
• Plan and coordinate
• Work according to established routines
• Provide operational support to the business
• Compose letters, protocols, documentation, etc.
• Handle recurring tasks (e.g., copying, sorting, and mail handling)
• Assist and provide service to one or more individuals (e.g., a manager or department)
• Handle numerous contacts with employees and the public
• Perform simple calculations, compilations, and diagrams
• Make calendar bookings, meeting bookings
• Perform travel planning

Your qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• At least one (1) year of work experience in similar roles
• Strong experience in varied administrative tasks within areas such as HR or education
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
