About us:

AuraDent Invisalign Center Liseberg, located just a stone's throw away from Korsvägen in Gothenburg. As our name suggests, we focus heavily on dental alignment, especially Invisalign. In a short period, we have become a leading Invisalign provider, offering treatments with the Comprehensive system to provide the best possible care and results for our patients. Our clinic welcomes patients into a relaxing lounge with modern decor and has five treatment rooms. Our team in Gothenburg consists of three general dentists, three dental nurses, and one receptionist.

Who are we looking for and what can we offer you?

We are looking for someone with a keen interest in orthodontics and aligners who wants to grow within the field. It is advantageous if you are Invisalign certified or have worked extensively with other aligner systems in the past. Competence development is an important part of our operations for all team members, so we expect you to be comfortable working collaboratively with your team members and involving them in daily patient interactions. Your professional development is also high on our list, and there are opportunities for ongoing courses and certifications. It is important to us that all employees have a voice, are heard for their thoughts and ideas, and feel included. The patient experience is paramount to us, and we always strive to provide that extra care that they may miss from other dental care providers. Therefore, we expect you to be very service-oriented, humble, and empathetic. We are a growing business in a developmental phase, so there is room for you to influence and participate in the development of the business. As a dentist, we expect you to be responsible, meticulous, and confident in your dental role.

In addition to the above competencies, we also see that you:

· Have a Swedish dental license

· Have at least two years of experience

· Are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

· Have previous experience in aesthetic dentistry (meritorious)

· Are Invisalign certified/have worked with aligners before (meritorious)

Employment type and start date

We offer a full-time position (100%). We are continuously working on the selection process, with appointments made by agreement.
