Zeppelin Sweden AB is the exclusive dealer for Caterpillar Inc. in Sweden, offering new and used construction and mining equipment, rental services, as well as engines and generators. The range includes more than 100 types of machines, from mini excavators to giant mining trucks. The machines are reliable, fuel-efficient, and based on modern technology. In the segment for engines and generators, Zeppelin is a leading provider of solutions for applications in industry, marine, and railway. The Swedish operation is complete with sales, service, financing, and rental. The organization has solid knowledge among service technicians and engineers who have serviced Caterpillar products for decades. Zeppelin takes care of customers throughout Sweden and has approximately 520 employees at 14 locations from north to south. Zeppelin Sweden AB is part of the German Zeppelin Group. About the Position
As a sales representative, you represent Zeppelin Sweden AB as a dealer for Caterpillar's range of construction equipment to our customers in Västmanland and Närke. You work on the market and visit new and existing customers where you develop long-term business relationships. To actively drive sales of all our products and services, you will work closely with colleagues in Sales, Service, Marketing, and Rental.
The position involves a lot of travel, as you will be based at our facility in Upplands Väsby, we prefer applicants from the local area. You will be part of a team with 7 other sales representatives and report to the sales manager for the south/west region.
Qualifications for the Position:
- 3-5 years of industry and sales experience in construction or similar industry
- Good communication skills
- High school education
- Driver's license (B)
Desired Profile:
- Structured and organized as the role involves some administration where you communicate and drive the business both internally and externally
- Proactive, self-reliant, responsible, and meticulous
- Results-oriented and takes overall responsibility for the company's best interests
- Motivated to create business, analyze customer needs, and skilled at building relationships
- Fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing and residing in the district
- Accustomed to working with CRM systems for leads and follow-up
- A background in sports, preferably team sports
- Long-term and determined
