About the Position

Welcome to Corem, one of the leading players in real estate development and commercial properties in the Nordics. We are now looking for a Social Media Manager – a key person who can take their digital communication to the next level.

In the role of Social Media Manager, you will combine your graphic design expertise with your ability to create and analyze successful campaigns in digital channels. You will be responsible for producing visually appealing content for Corem's social media platforms, with a special focus on LinkedIn, and developing marketing activities and campaigns that strengthen Corem's brand. In addition, you will participate in events, create posters for the Business Park, and analyze statistics to optimize future communication. We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in graphic design and digital marketing, with a sense of design that is both stylish and appealing
• Is comfortable working in graphic material programs, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Has previously been responsible for creating graphic materials such as posters, screenshots, and signs for various purposes
• Has experience in creating marketing campaigns on social media, preferably LinkedIn
• Has experience in analyzing and presenting results related to campaigns on social media
• Has administrative skills and is used to handling tools like Excel and Confetti
• Is very comfortable with Swedish and English in both speech and writing
