Our internal sales department plays a central role in this work by handling incoming calls and needs-based sales.
About the job
As an internal sales representative with us, you will:
- Receive incoming calls from private customers and assist them with their insurance needs.
- Offer needs-based insurance solutions that provide customers with security in their everyday lives.
- Proactively identify customer needs and suggest relevant products and services.
- Contribute to maintaining and improving customer satisfaction by providing professional and personal service.
- Proactively care for existing customers.

We are looking for someone who
- Is goal-oriented and driven by achieving set sales targets.
- Has experience in sales and customer service.
- Is communicative in both speech and writing and has an easy time creating good customer relationships.
- Can easily adapt to changes and new ways of working.
- Has the ability to plan and structure your daily work.
- Enjoys customer interactions over the phone.
To ensure that you feel secure in your role, we offer a mandatory training program that lasts about 5 weeks. We offer training starting between weeks 35-37 in August. During this training, you will gain knowledge about our systems, products, and how to apply this in customer interactions. You should have a good ability to learn and be a structured person to absorb what is required during both training and work.
