We are looking for a Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer for the Service Area Develop Living Environments – a role for you who want to combine technical breadth with social benefit in a long-term and stable organization.

In this role, you will become an important key person in a business-oriented team responsible for developing and improving digital solutions related to living environments and housing production. You will work with both new development and further development of existing systems, with a strong focus on integration, user benefit, and sustainable architecture.

The technology stack is Microsoft-based, and you will work with both backend and frontend development while also shaping working methods and solutions in an environment where cloud services (Azure), data, and user experience are central.

This is a role for you who enjoy working both practically and strategically – and who thrives in a team where collaboration, long-term thinking, and innovation weigh equally.

Examples of Responsibilities

• Develop and further develop solutions in a Microsoft environment – both frontend and backend
• Design and implement systems that support business and operational goals
• Build integrations for efficient information flow between different business systems
• Work with analysis and optimization of customer data
• Work agile according to SAFe
• Collaborate with other IT teams for a seamless, efficient IT environment

You contribute with your skills and engagement

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in IT/computer science or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in full stack development
• Solid knowledge of C# and .NET
• Experience in frontend development with React 17, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Experience in customizing and developing SharePoint
• Good understanding of API design and system integration
• Experience with databases, both SQL and NoSQL
• Experience working in a cloud environment, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Experience with agile work and test-driven development
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is a merit if you have:

• Experience from the construction and real estate industry
• Experience working in larger, complex IT environments

As a person, we see that you have good communication skills and are used to collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
